		<description><![CDATA[A lot of people around ask for mockups before they can award the project. This often happens on Freelance bidding websites. Beware of such demands. 2 years back I have experienced the bitter side of these mockups. They will lure you with a potential project that you can work on IF you can give them a beautiful mockup. They don't want a draft.
